EU funded programme to reduce drug-related problems in European cities. Individual cities subscribe to the service providing consultancies, advice, and exchange of information on best practice. 30 cities across Europe have signed up, but none from the UK so far. Transform hosted the first UK ECDP conference in Bristol in Jan 2001.

Excellent source of up to date Europe-wide, legislation, drug use statistics, facts and analysis. Based in Portugal and EU funded. Their annual report, which compares drug trends between European countries, is available for download (as a pdf file). Also available is the annual report on the drug situation in the UK provided by Drugscope.

Successful Swiss drug policy reform group who organised the world's first national referendum on legalising all drugs in 1998, and have led the de-facto decriminalisation of cannabis.
